Who we are

Field Fluid Academy is operated by Peter Torres III, 4599 Pace Ln, Vacaville, CA 95688 ("Field Fluid," "we"). By using fieldfluid.com or buying a program, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy. Athletes under 18 take part with a parent or guardian's permission, and that adult is responsible for the account.

The Infield Lab subscription

The Infield Lab is $1 for your first month, then $29.99 per month. It renews automatically every month and charges your payment method until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. Training is delivered through Trainerize, which has its own terms.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time.

Email to cancel

You can also text 707-639-0409. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Refunds

Partial months aren't pro-rated. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, email petey@fieldfluid.com and we'll review it. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law.

Other programs

Hybrid training, 1:1 coaching, camps and team workshops may have their own price, schedule and terms, which we'll give you before you pay. If they differ from these terms, those specific terms apply to that program.

Health and safety

Baseball and softball training involves physical activity and a risk of injury. Check with a doctor if you're unsure whether an athlete should take part. Stop if something hurts. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether training is right for their athlete, and for supervising at-home work.

No guaranteed results

We coach hard, but results depend on the athlete. We don't guarantee roster spots, playing time, scholarships, or specific performance gains. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.

Our content

Our videos, drills, plans and text belong to Field Fluid or its licensors. They're for your personal use. Don't copy, resell or share your access.

Liability

Field Fluid is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. California law applies, and disputes go to the courts in Solano County, California, except where the law gives you a different right.
