Who we are

What we collect

• Contact details you give us through our forms, including Lab signup, Hybrid, camp waitlist, free resources and site popups: name, email and mobile number.
• Athlete details a parent or guardian gives us, such as the athlete's name, sport and age.
• Testing results for athletes in our programs. Our public Leaderboard shows an athlete's first name, last initial, group, sport and scores. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove their athlete at any time.
• Your text-message choice, and the page and ad that brought you to us.
• Payment details are entered with Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Advertising and analytics data described below.

How we use it

To answer you, run our programs, schedule calls, send the emails and texts you asked for, and measure our advertising.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business: GoHighLevel (contacts, email, texts and call booking), Stripe (payments), Trainerize (training delivery), Meta (advertising measurement), Loom (embedded video), Google (fonts and leaderboard data), and our website hosting and database providers. We don't sell your name, email or phone number.

Text messages

Texts are optional and are not a condition of buying. Reply STOP to opt out. We don't share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our SMS Terms.

Advertising measurement

Where permitted, the Meta Pixel shares page visits and actions such as viewing a program, submitting a lead form and starting checkout with Meta. Meta may receive browser and device information, page addresses and advertising cookie identifiers. This site does not send form names, phone numbers or emails to Meta for customer matching. Advertising tags are blocked in regions requiring consent and whenever the region can't be established. Browser privacy signals and your choice on our Cookies page are honored.

Kids

Our site is written for parents and guardians. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Keeping your information

We keep information as long as we need it to run our programs and meet legal and tax obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information by emailing petey@fieldfluid.com. California residents may also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sharing for advertising, which you can do on our Cookies page. We won't treat you differently for asking.
